David Russell Profile

David Russell is renowned in the classical guitar fraternity for the quality of his tone production and execution of clarity of sound. Few, if any, can match him for these qualities. He's also an extremely versatile player as shown in the range and depth of his recording experience. David Russell's disography ranges from The Renaissance and Baroque dances to Bach, Latin American and Celtic music, all of which are recorded to the highest quality through the record label Telarc.

If you ever have the opportunity to see him perform live, don't let the occasion pass you by and if you get the opportunity to sit in on one of his master classes, grab it with both hands as you will learn a great deal from this supreme performer and excellent teacher.
